Job Description
- Coordination and Stakeholder Support: Act as a key point of contact for staff and visitors to the office, providing timely responses and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support across the International and Engagement Office (both onshore and offshore), including managing enquiries, coordinating collateral distribution, supporting visits, processing agent commissions, and maintaining effective office systems and records.
- Adaptability and Cultural Awareness: Work confidently in a multicultural environment, engaging respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds assisting with visits set up and international engagement activities.
Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the roleWe are seeking an organised, proactive office administrator to support the International and Engagement Office on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a secondment. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office and help maintain our strong global and local relationships.You will assist with agent commissions and contract renewals, reconciliation of expenses for offshore staff, processing of invoices, support with set up for visit events, and help ensure that administrative processes are efficient and effective. Your attention to details, strong communication skills, and ability to use multiple systems will be essential to your success.This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week) role based at our Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton. Salary will be commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience.For more information on the role please see the position description.
