The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
We have a permanent full time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity for a School Coordinator, to provide essential financial, HR, and operational administration support to the School of Sport, Exercise and Health. This position works closely with the School Manager and School Leadership team and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the School through supporting financial planning, processing transactions, coordinating procurement and research-related expenditure, managing travel bookings, and assisting with recruitment and HR processes. You will thrive on efficiency, accountability and ownership for your role and actions.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5 years' experience in a comparable role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with finance and HR recruitment systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High level attention to detail
