Administrator / Personal Assistant (Health Economics and Policy Evaluation Group)
Applications are invited for a PA and Group Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and personal assistant support to senior academic staff and the wider Health Economics and Policy Evaluation Group within the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the group, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and activities. Responsibilities will include comprehensive diary management, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel and accommodation, supporting financial processes (including expenses, purchase orders, and invoices), and acting as a first point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be highly organised and able to manage a varied and busy workload and work to deadlines, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills. You will have experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant to senior members of staff within a large organisation, and be confident working with financial and administrative systems. Experience in higher education or similarly complex environment would be advantageous.
You will be based in the Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work, but there may be the opportunity for occasional remote working.
The position is offered full time, although part time to a minimum of 0.6 FTE will be considered. This role is fixed-term for 12 months or until 30 September 2027, whichever is earliest, with the possibility of extension.
