Overview and Responsibilities
Admissions Advisors are members of the Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) Strategic Communication & Community Engagement team. They serve as strategic enrollment professionals responsible for developing recruitment pipelines, cultivating key stakeholder relationships, and implementing data-informed enrollment strategies that directly support CVTC's enrollment. They serve as the primary relationship owner for prospective students and provide guidance and personalized engagement through critical decision points along the student journey. - Develop, strengthen, and sustain strategic partnerships with K-12 districts and community organizations to expand enrollment pipelines and advance institutional priorities.

- Intermediate knowledge of and skills with technology including software programs for communication, data collection, and decision making including, but not limited to, Office 365 Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to travel (i.e., access to reliable transportation) to various campuses, schools, and other sites in CVTC's 11-county district as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with a minimum of six years of experience in a recruitment, sales, or related position required: OR a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with a minimum of two years of experience in a recruitment, sales or related position preferred.
