Conduct campus tours and share insights about student life at GCC Answer phone calls, and provide general information about GCC Assist with data entry, and other administrative tasks Support admissions events, including Open Houses and Information Sessions Assist with admissions social media Job Requirements SKILLS REQUIRED Must be a current student of GCC and eligible for the work-study program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and represent GCC positively Equipment Used: Phone, computer, copier Physical Demands: Lifting, sitting long periods.
