Job Description
The Admissions and Community Relations Coordinator shall support the OccupationalTherapy Program Director, Administrative Coordinator, and OTD Admissions Committeewith administrative functions and coordination of programmatic elements such asadmissions, community outreach, and day to day program tasks as needed. Thecandidate must have excellent communication skills, judgment, and creative problem-solving skills. Additionally, the applicant must have knowledge of technology and theability and willingness to adapt to new platforms/software.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree *Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically, Outlook, SharePoint, MSTeams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Some experience in healthcare related field; Experience with management of socialmedia platform pages; one-two years experience in higher educationadmissions; Experience with Colleague or other CRM platforms; *Experience with OTCAS or a similar centralized application service; *Experience with website editing;Experience with Zoom
