What’s the Job?

As an Admissions Officer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the student journey from application through to enrolment. You’ll ensure a seamless, compliant and high-quality admissions experience, supporting both domestic and international applicants while maintaining the integrity of student data and processes.

Who You Are

  • Admissions or Higher Education Experience: Experience in admissions, student administration or a similar role within education is highly regarded.
  • Detail-Oriented & Process Driven: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to delivering high-quality service to students, agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Systems & Technical Capability: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced working with CRM/SIS platforms and databases.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.

Why Join Us

Bold, modern and agile, we’re Australia’s fastest-growing university. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that plays a vital role in enabling student success from the very first interaction.

We offer a dynamic, purpose-driven environment where your work directly contributes to transforming lives through education.
