"Adult Services Pharmacy Manager"

The purpose of this position is to manage day-to-day operations of the department of Pharmaceutical Services at Parnassus, Mission Bay, and Mount Zion Campuses, including China Basin. The Pharmacy Manager directs all support operations involving the department including fiscal planning, staffing, purchasing, organization and other administrative functions. This includes scheduling, personnel development, evaluation, and discipline, trouble-shooting, coordinating the operation's activities with other units and directing the functions to address the needs of the organization as a whole. Specifically, it requires a close and effective working relationship with nurses, physicians, patients, researchers, investigators, and other departments in the medical center as well as with the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and the School of Pharmacy.
