Advanced Practice Manager Cancer Center Infusion
Manages advanced practice operations in a specific patient care area. Oversees clinical care provided by advanced practice providers (APP) and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory agency standards.
Provides clinical leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within the infusion service line. Manages Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) responsible for patient evaluation, testing, diagnosis, plans of care, and treatment within the infusion centers at Mission Bay, Mt. Zion, the Weill Infusion Center. As a manager, receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the processes by which to attain them. 15-20% of the role will require clinical work in the infusion centers. This role collaborates with the leads for the APP fellowship program in adult cancer services working in collaboration with the Office of Advanced Practice and the office of Nursing Excellence
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $217,600 - $326,400 (Annual Rate).
