Job Summary
The Division of Surgical Oncology in the Department of Surgery at the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine has a 1.0 FTE faculty position available at the rank of Instructor for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Under the direction of the full-time faculty or designee, this position provides outpatient medical care services at the University of Colorado Hospital for the Pancreas & Biliary Multidisciplinary Clinic. Primary functions of the position include coordinating, triaging, and organizing patient flow as well as conducting patient visits under the supervision of attending physicians and surgeons.
Job summary: Works as primary coordinator for the Pancreas & Biliary Oncology Multidisciplinary Program, which includes a weekly clinic/conference with all of our Pancreas & Biliary Oncology specialists including surgical oncologists, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists. Provide back-up coverage to other multidisciplinary clinics as needed.
