Applications are invited for various positions in the project titled "The Impact of Positive Aging Intervention on Flourishing of Elderly in India: A Pan-India Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial," funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and administered by the School of Social Sciences, MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore.

Positions Available:

• Project Technical Staff-III: Multiple positions across sites like Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Ernakulam. Qualifications: Required - M.Sc./M.A in Clinical Counselling Psychology with 1-3 years of clinical work experience; Desirable - PhD/MPhil in Clinical, Counseling, or Positive Psychology. Languages vary by site (e.g., Kannada and English for Bangalore). Remuneration: Rs. 28,000 + 27% HRA = Rs. 35,560 per month.
• Office Technical Support: Multiple positions across sites like Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Ernakulam. Qualifications: M.Sc in Clinical Counseling or Positive Psychology. Languages vary by site (e.g., Tamil and English for Chennai). Remuneration: Rs. 26,800 consolidated per month.

Job Descriptions:

• Project Technical Staff-III: Reports to Principal Investigator. Responsibilities include team supervision, program monitoring, stakeholder engagement, training, quality assurance, and data collection/analysis. Full-time position with 1-year initial contract.
• Office Technical Support: Reports to Project Technical Staff. Responsibilities include program execution, data collection, community engagement, adherence to guidelines, feedback, and reporting. Full-time position with 1-year initial contract.

Selected candidates are not entitled to regular appointments; positions are purely contractual. Job duration is full-time with initial 1-year contract, subject to renewal.
