Recruitment & Program Outreach:
- Assist the Advisor II and Program Director in developing recruitment strategies...
- Support outreach efforts by delivering informational presentations...
- Maintain active communication with campus faculty...
- Participate in the review and evaluation of student applications...
Grant Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation...
- Collaborate with core grant personnel...
- Maintain detailed case notes...
- Verify that all student files include required documentation...
Collaborate with institutional departments (e.g., Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Accessibility & Well Being ) to connect students with appropriate campus resources...
- Facilitate student participation in transfer-related programming...
- Instruct students in the use of institutional systems...
- Review academic records...
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of workshops...

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, plus one (1) year of related experience...
- OR Associates degree, plus three (3) years of related experience...
- Working knowledge of admissions, financial aid...
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships...
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
- This position requires the use of a company vehicle... must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance.
