General Summary
The AI & Cybersecurity Specialist is a student-worker position within the AI & Cybersecurity Innovation Clinic at Indiana Tech. The Specialist will work with faculty, other student specialists, and community organizations to provide practical artificial intelligence and cybersecurity services to small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other community partners.
This position provides students with hands-on experience applying classroom knowledge to real-world projects. Specialists may participate in cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability identification, risk analysis, security policy development, AI readiness assessments, AI-enabled workflow development, security awareness training, and other technology projects.
Student Specialists will work under the guidance and supervision of clinic faculty and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and quality in all client engagements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with cybersecurity risk and security assessments for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
