Evaluate new features, releases, and roadmap updates from AI vendors. Coordinate testing, pilot programs, and feature rollouts. Maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures for AI platforms. Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to assess risks and controls. Recommend which AI features, plugins, connectors, and capabilities should be enabled, restricted, or disabled. Monitor emerging AI risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Develop, deliver, and assess AI training programs for faculty and staff.Create role-based learning materials, guides, FAQs, videos, and workshops. Promote responsible and effective AI usage across the organization. Provide consultation and support for users adopting AI tools.Measure adoption and identify opportunities to increase utilization. Minimum Qualifications- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Gemini, Claude, or comparable AI platforms.
- Experience with professional development/developing training resources in information technologies.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
- Experience in higher education, government, or other regulated environments.
Anticipated Hiring Range The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as
$65,000 to $80,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
