We’re seeking a motivated Application Developer to design, customise and enhance applications across multiple university platforms. This is a dynamic, generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in collaborative environments, and is eager to continuously learn and grow within an enterprise technology ecosystem.

Identifying and automating manual processes to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
Collaborating with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, well-designed technical solutions
Supporting testing, deployments, documentation and end-user enablement while contributing to continuous improvement across squads
What you will bring
You are a collaborative, curious and adaptable Application Developer who enjoys working across a broad technology stack. You think beyond standard solutions, embrace continuous learning, and are motivated by improving systems that make people’s work easier and more effective.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with ideally up to 3 years professional experience in application development, systems analysis, or application support
Proficiency in .NET, React, and Power Platform development, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern development practices
Experience integrating systems via APIs, working with data, automating workflows, and building dashboards or reporting tools. SQL knowledge is desirable.
Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt across squads and contribute positively to a collaborative engineering culture
