- Evaluate and interpret PeopleSoft query results.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement record-building processes as
required for efficiency, effectiveness, student-information system
technology, and policy changes.
- When necessary, assist in the processing of daily
USPS-delivered application materials, including opening, sorting,
and labeling documents.
- Perform and maintain digital file maintenance.
- Provide back-up for reception area and perform other duties as
assigned.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and
groups, provides organizational information via phone, in person,
and through other communication mediums
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings,
conferences, travel, and work unit operations
- Develops, implements, and maintains methods and organizational
systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records
related to work operations according to established policies and
procedures
- Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes
communications to the appropriate entities according to established
policies and procedures
- Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, and
reviews work done by others

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including PeopleSoft,
ImageNow, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email, to effectively
perform job duties.
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of all student inquiries,
correspondence and records
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming
environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage work
efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
attention to detail.
- Ability to assess situations critically, solve problems
efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing processes and
applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing PeopleSoft and ImageNow functionality
necessary to process applicant records
- Demonstrated ability to interpret high school and
post-secondary transcripts
- Ability to calculate grade point average
