We are looking for a candidate with the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience working with Service Now, Technology One, and/or Dynamics CRM
- A high level of knowledge of how applications function, integrate and interrelate within a large environment and knowledge of application support methodologies
- The ability to establish and maintain effective client and team working relationships
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and customers
- Relevant industry certification and/or tertiary qualification
- The skills, knowledge and experience in the Position Description
