Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Supporting the delivery and administration of programmes and courses offered by the School;
- Providing secretarial and clerical support at committee meetings and other daily operations and activities of the School;
- Coordinating co-curricular and academic events and activities;
- Assisting with general administrative duties, including record maintenance and preparation of documents;
- Assisting in the liaison with both internal and external parties; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean (B&A) or his/her nominee(s).
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- At least 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE (or equivalent), including Chinese Language, English Language, and Mathematics, preferably with a recognized degree;
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
