Provide direct patient care to own panel of patients at the Jacksonville site. B. Conduct procedure clinics as needed per patient demand. D.Participate in Center Peer Review and Quality Improvement activities. E.Provide emergency services to patients as needed including those who are identified as having no primary care physician. F. Serve on the Center-wide Committees, as assigned. G. Serve on school and department committees, as assigned. H. Participate in community boards and outreach projects. I. Attend faculty meeting and residency didactic sessions. Administration 0% Research 5% A. Conduct research in areas of particular interest and publish in referred journals. B. Attendance/presentation at national professional meetings. C. Per RRC requirements, must complete a minimum of 2 scholarly activities every 5 years. 1. Sensitive to the needs of underrepresented minority populations. 2. Must possess an MD or DO degree 3. Must have graduated from an accredited residency training program at time of hire. 4. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine at time of hire 5. Licensed or Eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois
