Assistant/Associate Professor of Medicine - Rheumatology

Columbia University Irving Medical Center’s Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology, seeks a dynamic and accomplished clinician to join our team as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine. We seek a board-certified Rheumatologist passionate about patient care to provide comprehensive rheumatologic services to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with a wide range of rheumatic diseases.
• Contribute to the teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in scholarly activities, including clinical research or quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Division of Rheumatology and across the medical center.

Qualifications:

• MD or equivalent medical degree
• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Board eligibility or certification in Rheumatology
• Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
• Proven clinical expertise in Rheumatology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to teaching and mentoring
