"Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance"

Position Purpose: To coordinate athletic rules and compliance for the athletic department. Serve as part of the Departments administrative team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics compliance plus supervisory/management experience.
• Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's and/or Juris Doctorate degrees.
• Experience with Teamworks Compliance and Recruiting software.
