You’ll be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines, with the analytical ability to monitor recruitment data and present solutions effectively. With experience in administrative management—ideally within higher education—you’ll be a team player who can also supervise staff, deputize for managers, and represent WBS with professionalism in online and face‑to‑face settings.
