Assistant Coach, Women's Rugby

Job Description

Brown University Athletics and Recreation is seeking candidates for the Assistant Coach, Women's Rugby position. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, and a member of the Ivy League, our intercollegiate athletics program consists of 38 varsity teams with approximately 1,000 athletes who participate within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-DI).

This Assistant Coach serves as a second assistant, focusing on specific skill areas of player development and recruiting.

This role works directly with athletes on skill-building and assists with administrative and logistical tasks such as travel to gain experience in program operations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of coaching experience or a combination of competitive playing experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a strong desire for professional development.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
