Join a dynamic, student-centered athletics team at North Idaho College as our next Assistant Coach – Womens Volleyball. Located on a stunning campus by the lake, NICs athletics program emphasizes excellence - on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.

Were seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable assistant coach to help lead a competitive womens volleyball program rooted in integrity, discipline, and student success. In this role, you'll collaborate with the head coach to develop strategic game plans, lead practices, recruit top talent, and promote academic achievement among student-athletes. Youll play a key part in shaping a culture that values safety, sportsmanship, and personal development - while ensuring compliance with all institutional and governing body regulations.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of volleyball, a strong ability to mentor and motivate, and the organizational and communication skills to manage a busy, team-oriented environment. You should be confident coordinating travel, supporting fundraising and alumni outreach, and maintaining facilities and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, OR an Associates degree and minimum two years of related coaching experience required.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Current valid Drivers License
