of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions integrated marketing, public relations and strategic communications plan, work with both external and internal constituencies to promote the enrollment goals of the university, create and communicate the organizations message and ensure overall continuity of the institutional brand consistency and image, will also support the organization’s staff in developing and maintaining strategic communications and partnerships.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
One of 16 constituent universities in the University of North Carolina System, North Carolina A&T is a land-grant doctoral research institution described as R2 – High Research Activity by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education. The university offers 114 degree programs and minors at the baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral levels, in addition to 19 certificate and professional development programs. In addition to its main campus, the university co-manages Gateway Research Park, which fosters technology transfer and regional economic development, and is a partner in both the Union Square health sciences campus in downtown Greensboro and the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis.

The primary function of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is to identify, attract, and enroll first year and transfer students with outstanding academic ability and potential.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Three years or more experience working with print media, digital marketing, social media, publications, radio and/or television. Background in writing, editing and computer skills. Experience working with a CRM, specifically Slate
