Under general supervision of the Senior Assistant Director, First Year Evaluation Manager, this position serves as a first-year evaluation specialist and is a member of the first-year evaluation team.

Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

- Master's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
