Job Summary/Basic Function
The Assistant Director for School Partnerships and Engagement supports strategic initiatives designed to strengthen relationships between Wright State University and regional school districts, community organizations, and prospective students. This position provides operational and outreach support for both the College Credit Plus (CCP) program and Take Flight Academy initiatives, helping students successfully prepare for college enrollment and future career opportunities.The Assistant Director works collaboratively with university leadership, school administrators, counselors, teachers, students, families, and community partners to expand educational access, increase student engagement, and support pathways to higher education and workforce success.
Wright State's College Credit Plus program allows eligible students in grades 7-12 to earn college credit while completing high school requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Three to five years of experience in admissions, college access programming, secondary education, student services, community engagement, or related field.
