- Experience working with StarRez and/or other housing management
systems required.
- Data management and analysis skills required.
- Advanced administrative experience in StarRez (including Report
Fuel, Dashboards, and Portal X) is strongly preferred.

non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated ability to identify systemic bottlenecks and
implement automated solutions to improve the student user journey
during high-stress selection periods.

- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working
relationships with students, student organizations, faculty, staff,
and other departments.
- Proven ability to partner with OIT and financial teams to
troubleshoot data discrepancies and billing errors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and
data visualization tools to present occupancy trends to senior
leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability
to provide clear and accurate data in a timely manner.
- Ability to relate successfully in one-on-one and group
situations with individuals representing varied interests.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
effectively.
- A working knowledge of principles, practices and theories of
student learning and development.
- Understanding of the cultural, social and educational needs of
student residential communities.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as a team
member.
