Department Summary
The position is primarily an internal role focused on assisting the Associate Director with the day-to-day operations of the annual campaign. This position will help to coordinate the premium seating and parking program. This position will manage the Ohio Bobcat Club website, organize the annual student-athlete thank-a-thon and oversee the ICA staff giving campaign. In addition, the position will be responsible for assisting with event operations.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the annual campaign. Serve as liaison for all mailings and fulfillment needs. Assist with allocation of benefits.
- Help coordinate the premium seating and parking program.
- Oversee specific projects/initiatives such as the Ohio Bobcat Club website, annual student-athlete thank-a-thon and the ICA staff giving campaign. Other projects to be determined at a later date.
- Manage a small portfolio of leadership donors.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of donor events.
Position Profile
Identifies sources of funding. Directs the management of individual giving programs, trusts, estates, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, prospect research and donor relations and stewardship. Cultivates relationships with alumni, donors, foundations, and corporations to support the University's mission. Ensures the University has the resources necessary for growth and engages the community to advance its long-term goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and less than 3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Pay Rate:
Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
