Reporting to the Senior Director of Student Outreach and Recruitment, this role oversees student recruitment initiatives and cultivates strategic partnerships to expand and diversify SJSU’s applicant pool. The Assistant Director plays a key role in advancing enrollment goals by planning, organizing, and executing comprehensive undergraduate recruitment strategies that span the full enrollment lifecycle, from outreach and application through matriculation.
