Assist with scheduling, communication, and logistics for MassBay esports team events and activities;

Help manage esports facilities, equipment, and game platforms (PCs/consoles);

Contribute to the production support of livestreams and broadcasts for matches (e.g., setup, OBS, Twitch);

Assist with social media content, digital engagement, and promoting esports events on MassBay platforms;

Compile and track participation metrics, match results, and program outcomes;

Provide general administrative support to the Esports Program Coach and Athletic Department.

Represent the MassBay esports program in a professional and inclusive manner;

Other duties as assigned.
