Skills/Qualifications
Requirements:
- MA in social sciences, in the discipline of psychology (5-years psychology course);
- scientific interests in psychology of emotions and motivation, cognition or personality psychology confirmed by scientific publications in this field ( manuscript from the Ministry list);
- demonstrated aptitude for research and teaching, as confirmed by a recommendation from an independent research and teaching staff member;
- having significant scientific achievements, including achievements after obtaining a doctoral degree;
- fluent Polish language speaking (B2);
- organizational and didactic achievements;
- documented active participation in scientific life;
- preparation for conducting classes in the field of psychology of emotions and motivation;
- high motivation to conduct scientific research and the ability to work in a team,
meeting the requirements set forth in the Law on Higher Education and Science (Art. 113) and the UMCS Statutes (§ 79)
Specific Requirements

- A copy (or certified photocopy) of a PhD diploma;
- List of scientific publications;
- Information about scientific, educational and organisational achievements;
- Opinion of the head of the department or a person holding the academic title of professor or the academic degree of doktor habilitowany about the predispositions for research and teaching.

Selection process

- The results of the competition will be announced by 14.09.2026.
