The role supports the administration and coordination of EEE research programmes and related graduate research activities under EEE Graduate (Research Studies) office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support as part of the EEE Graduate (Research Studies) team.
Assist ACG in the administration of EEE research degree programmes, including student academic matters, curriculum administration, examinations, and progression matters.
Coordinate and manage graduate academic related activities and events, including programme outreach, publicity, orientation, and other ad hoc student activities.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate programme administration.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; prior experience in academic or programme administration will be an advantage.
Experience working in a tertiary education institution is preferred.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
