Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering or a closely related field by the appointment date. The Department: The ISE Department has 24 full-time faculty members and approximately 900 students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs. The department is experiencing rapid growth in both research activity and student enrollment. Faculty members have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the university and in the Houston community in areas including supply chain, logistics, transportation, energy, power systems, resilience, smart cities, sustainability, and manufacturing.
