Description

The Division of General Surgery, Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, at the Yale School of Medicine in conjunction with the Yale-New Haven Health System is seeking an acute care surgeon to join our faculty and provide services at both Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT and Greenwich Hospital, in Greenwich, CT. The position is at the Assistant or Associate Professor level commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Greenwich Hospital is a 206-bed (including bassinets) regional provider of care and affiliate of Yale New Haven Health. Conveniently located minutes from I-95, I-684, I-287, the Merritt/Hutchinson Parkway and Westchester County – and close to public transportation and shuttle service – Greenwich Hospital offers a beautiful state-of-the-art facility that serves as a national model for advanced health care design. Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. Candidates will need excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and the commitment to make important contributions in the clinical field of General Surgery, Trauma and Surgical Critical Care.
