Qualifications:
- Board certification by The American Board of Preventive
Medicine, Occupational Medicine. Or successful completion of
residency training in occupational medicine and must be board
certificated by The American Board of Preventive Medicine,
Occupational Medicine within 2-years of graduation.
- Unrestricted Utah State medical license
- Experience in clinical medicine, teaching, and scholarship is
preferred
