ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

The LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business Administration invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Marketing. The anticipated start date of employment is August 2026, pending final approval. Salary is competitive. Both recent graduates from doctoral programs and/or Assistant Professors with productive research records are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field completed by spring 2026 (ABD candidates will be considered). We are particularly interested in scholars with research and teaching interests in professional sales and sales management.

Responsibilities:

Perform scholarly research with the expectation of publication in top marketing journals, teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels; serve on dissertation committees; provide service to the university and to the profession.
