Position Summary
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) in the School of Engineering at Rutgers University invites applications for one full-time, non-tenure-track (NTT) engineering faculty position.
- The position is primarily at the Assistant Professor level, though exceptional candidates may be considered for Associate or Full Professor.
- Initial appointment is two years, renewable subject to enrollment needs, funding availability, and performance.
- Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in:
- Elementary-level circuits and synthesis
- Electronic devices
- Digital system design
The ECE Department emphasizes teaching excellence and innovative engineering education. Candidates should be capable of effectively teaching large-enrollment courses and coordinating multiple Teaching Assistants.
