Support program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts. Serve as an academic advisor for Elementary Education majors. Participate in department, college, and university committees and initiatives. Collaborate with area schools, mentor teachers, and district partners. Required Qualifications Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction, Elementary Education, or related discipline. Minimum three years of successful teaching experience in grades 2–6 (or relevant elementary settings). Demonstrated commitment to effective, student-centered instruction. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising teacher candidates in clinical or student-teaching settings.
