Description

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Hematology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure research track. Applicants must have an M.D and/or Ph.D or equivalent degree.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include collaborative or independent research of high quality with distinctive, original, and expert intellectual contributions. Research in erythropoiesis and related disorders using human cells and murine models is required. The successful candidate will be expected to secure independent research grant support, usually from federal organizations, in addition to support from participation in collaborative grants.
