* Experienced practitioner/scholar - abreast of developments within business administration and practical knowledge gained from organizational experience.

• Experience designing and delivering class instruction through developing lesson plans to meet course competencies, developing activities that support lesson objectives, and developing activities to assist students in developing critical thinking skills and practically engaging with the materials.
• Experience with designing interactive and teaching-learning strategies that are diverse, experiential, participatory, and collaborative to accommodate various learning styles.
• Ability to effectively communicate interpersonally (in the classroom and in one-on-one settings). Proficient with the use of standard office and internet applications on personal computers.
