The appointee will be supported in producing peer-reviewed publications, securing research funding, and advancing the Desautels Centre's national and international reputation in private law research.

Service:The candidate will contribute to faculty governance and institutional service. Engagement with the Desautels Centre’s entrepreneurial communities, advancing Indigenous economic reconciliation, and policy innovation will be encouraged.

Qualifications:Applicants must demonstrate:

  • A strong academic background with a J.D. • Commitment to collegial service
