Responsibilities
The position is for Doctor of Artificial Intelligence Studies (DAIS) Program and the appointee is expected to:
- Lead and manage overall programme administration and operations, ensuring smooth delivery of teaching and learning activities
- Manage course scheduling, timetabling, and coordination of teaching activities to ensure alignment with the needs of high-profile students
- Oversee end to end class and event logistics, including on-site arrangements, attendance checking, catering, and accommodation (if necessary)
- Manage programme budgeting, procurement, reimbursement, and financial compliance related to programme activities
- Drive programme quality assurance, including preparing programme reports and data for internal reviews and external reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to support programme engagement and development
- Plan and coordinate experiential learning activities to enhance students’ applied learning experience
- Organize outreach and engagement events (e.g. alumni gatherings, industry talks), and external partnership activities to strengthen programme visibility and connectivity
- Plan and coordinate promotional initiatives and marketing activities to support programme branding
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, ensuring effective teamwork and professional development
- Undertake project-based and ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors, including cross institutional collaborations
Requirements
- A recognized bachelor’s degree, and Master’s degree is more preferable, preferably with relevant experience in the tertiary education sector or executive education programmes
- At least eight years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage programme or project operations
- Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and operate under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of diverse responsibilities with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of working independently and delivering high‑quality outcomes
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
Salary and Benefits
The commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
