Department: The Office of the Registrar within the Division of Academic Affairs serves students and the campus community by providing quality services that facilitate enrollment, retention, and degree completion while maintaining accurate academic records for the University. transcripts and diplomas, and review petitions for exception to university policy. We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the Assistant Registrar (Administrator I). Salary Range: $7,000 - $8,600 per month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
- Technical experience with student records systems and databases.
- Experience evaluating source documents at the post-secondary level.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with CollegeSource uAchieve is preferred.
- Preferred experience with Peoplesoft Student Administration.
- Familiarity with CSU transfer policies and initiatives.
