Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Women's Wrestling Coach assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the Athletic and Recreation departments that is consistent with the University Mission and strategic plan, as well as the Student Success Commitment. This position assists in program development related to student-athlete success and experiences, sport program evaluation and assessment, and effectively engaging the campus and community in athletic events and facilitating experiences within both for student-athletes. Additionally, this position assists in meeting all compliance and eligibility requirements for the University, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA; and promoting the safety and well-being of all student-athletes. Finally, this position will have additional duties within the Academic Support Center that promote student success within the classroom and promotes the retention and persistence of student athletes.
