The main responsibility of this position is teaching courses related to the Master of Science (MS) in Semiconductor Engineering Program with the materials and manufacturing concentration.

A PhD in Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science and Engineering, or another related discipline by the appointment start date is required. Teaching experience is required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in semiconductor engineering and related sub-areas.
