"Assoc Mgr OSUH Gift Shop (HS)"

To improve the lives of customers by offering a variety of products that serve their needs while delivering and maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsible for guiding a multi-million dollar business by executing all daily, quarterly and seasonal duties of the gift shop locations. Establish success in all aspects of customer service, operations, team development, merchandise presentation and assortment.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing and retail management or related field with considerable retail/marketing experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardize situations. Previous ability to operate cash registers.
