The Associate Director provides analysis and implementation for initiatives that align career development with institutional goals and accreditation standards, using data to inform strategy and demonstrate impact. This includes the design and implementation of scalable programs, workshops, and in-class activities. The Associate Director serves as a liaison to faculty, employers, and external partners to create meaningful career-related experiences for students and provides training and mentorship to staff and faculty engaged in career integration efforts.
