JOB-SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

  1. Manage a portfolio of Reunion classes: Identify, qualify, cultivate, develop strategy, solicit, and/or steward a portfolio of alumni celebrating Reunion for current use, endowed or planned gifts of $10K-$100K (and above as appropriate). Identify, enlist, manage and steward volunteer Committees who have engagement and fundraising responsibilities. Plan and conduct committee meetings (3-4 per year per class). Set class fundraising goals, based on analysis, and partner with major and planned giving colleagues, as appropriate, on donor strategies. Determine, and execute as appropriate, engagement and event strategies for both social and content-based activities.
  2. Manage a portfolio of non-Reunion classes: Identify, qualify, cultivate, develop strategy, solicit, and/or steward a portfolio of Non-Reunion alumni for current use, endowed or planned gifts of $10K-$100K (and above as appropriate). Maintain and, ideally, grow membership in HMS loyalty (Federman), leadership (Dean’s Council), and legacy (Ezekiel Hersey Council) giving societies. Oversee and steward Class Agents, which includes partnering on the bi-annual class-based appeal letters.
  3. Conduct personal visits either in person or via Zoom for recruitment, volunteer management, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship purposes.
