Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Associate Director of Transfer and Adult Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance the success of transfer students, adult learners, and nontraditional populations. This role is dedicated to designing, implementing, and assessing innovative programs that strengthen recruitment, onboarding, retention, and student achievement. In alignment with institutional priorities, the position also leads and coordinates initiatives related to Project Kitty Hawk, supporting statewide efforts to expand workforce development and increase access and engagement for adult learners.

Preferred:
- Experience working with statewide initiatives such as Project Kitty Hawk or similar adult learner re-engagement programs.
- Knowledge of transfer credit evaluation systems and articulation agreements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and enrollment analytics tools.
